Because our pumpkin displays are custom-designed, seasonal, and perishable, all sales are final. We carefully select each pumpkin and decorative element to ensure your display looks beautiful and lasts as long as possible.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your pumpkins or décor arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
After this 24-hour window, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, as pumpkins are natural products that may vary in size, shape, and color and naturally change over time.
